Nambiti Hills offers intimate and luxurious accommodation in the midst of the spectacular African beauty of the Nambiti Game Reserve. It is a haven of sophistication surrounded by wild terrain. Per fect for anyone seeking both privacy and romance. Or simply time to reflect whilst searching for the Big Five or taking in the exquisite vistas from the quiet comfort of the lodge deck.


Accommodation

There are eight luxury suites and a honeymoon suite at Nambiti Hills Private Game Lodge,
each one with a private viewing deck and an interior featuring a contemporary eclectic mix
of local African design. There are also discreet enclaves leading off the bedroom
suites where one can enjoy private meals and uninterrupted contemplation.

Children Policy

Regretfully Nambiti is unable to accommodate children less than 6 years unless the lodge is block-booked by the same group or family.

Children 6 to 11  years, sharing with adults, receive less 50% of tariff. Children occupying their own room will be charged the adult rate. No safari activities are permitted for children under the age of 2. Game drives can be offered to children 12 and under only at the discretion of the lodge Manager. Babysitting services are offered at a cost of R 50 per hour, subject to availability, during Game drives and evenings.

Cancellation of a booking must be in writing and is subject to the following cancellation fees:
30-45 days are 25% cancellation fee;15-30 days are 50% cancellation fee and 0-14 days are 100% cancellation fee.

Honeymooon Suite
Double room with private lounge and jacuzzi. En suite bathroom with bath and shower.

Our two highly skilled chefs will lead you on a culinary journey that is marked for the discerning. You will enjoy gourmet meals with an open view of the chefs at work. Enjoy dining in the main lodge or breakfast on the deck. You may even be surprised by a boma dinner, meal at the waterfall or in a private enclave just outside your suite. Your meal will be accompanied by the best South African and international wines.

Nambiti Hills Private Game Lodge lies in the Southern sector of the Nambiti Big 5 Game Reserve, located 23km East of Ladysmith Ideally situated between Johannesburg and Durban, Nambiti Hills Private Game Lodge is a convenient destination for people travelling from both cities.
Directions from Johannesburg
Head for Ladysmith on the N3. Once you have entered KwaZulu Natal via Van Reenen, look out for the Ladysmith Toll off-ramp (at the bottom of Van Reenen’s Pass).
Turn left and drive toward Ladysmith on the R103. When you arrive in Ladysmith, drive straight through, following the N11.Road to Newcastle.
From the last traffic lights leaving Ladysmith travel for ± 7kms. Turn Right onto the D45 Road, follow for ± 10Km’s, at the T-Junction turn right, travel along side the game fence for 4 km’s until you reach the staffed gate-house.
From Durban
1. Take the N3 - heading towards Johannesburg, go past Mooi River Toll.
2. Take Bergville / Ladysmith glide off.
3. Turn right towards Colenso /LadySmith. Travel past Colenso.
4. Go through Ladysmith following the N11, towards Newcastle.
5. Take D45 - Right (+/- 7km after the last traffic light as you leave Ladysmith) this is a dirt road.
6. At the T-junction turn right into the D46. Continue for about 4km until you reach a staffed gate house on the left, sign posted Nambiti.
From Johannesburg
1. Take the N3 – heading towards Durban.
2. After van Reenen’s Pass take the Ladysmith Toll off-ramp.
3. Take R103 Towards LadySmith.
4. Travel Following the N11, towardsNewcastle.
